Dr. Alexandra Kisitu is a mother, author, educator, and researcher based in O'ahu - Hawaiʻi. With a PhD from the University of Hawaiʻi, she blends academic insight with lived experience to explore themes of birth, intuition, sovereignty, and ancestral wisdom. Her debut book, Back to the Womb, weaves her own home-birth story with voices of women across the islands, offering a powerful reclaiming of birth as a spiritual and sovereign act.
